India is a land where there was always an influence of an intrinsic human power which we acquire from meditation. This is a process which dates back to the ancient ages. In Pali (ancient Indian Language) Meditation is known as Vipassana. By practicing Vipassana, the power to develop the concentration of mind in turn helps in doing well in life. It is a therapy to bring in peace and tranquility of mind. As our mind and body are closely related, the healthy mind transmits healthy stimulation to the body.
